The Frey Family Assistant is a private household-management tool operated by Nic Frey (sole proprietor). It sends SMS notifications from +1 (877) 768-0783 to the two members of the Frey household, Nic Frey and Shelli Frey, who operate the service.
Messages are sent only to the two household members who operate this service. There are no external recipients.
The two recipients are the operators of the service. They enrolled their own mobile phone numbers to receive these notifications when they set up the service. No third parties receive messages.
Before a household member's mobile number is enrolled to receive texts, they are asked the following, and the number is added only after they verbally agree:
"The Frey Family Assistant will text this number with daily schedule briefings, calendar reminders, package delivery alerts, leave-by-time alerts, and confirmations for tasks you ask it to handle. Message frequency varies, typically around 500 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these texts at this number?"
Both household members, Nic Frey and Shelli Frey, have provided this verbal consent for their own mobile numbers.
